It is our brand promise to you and the world that the beautiful things you buy from WORD will live on past your little one, and that when you buy from WORD you are buying special pieces that will last and bring endless joy in the world.
How it works
SHOW US YOUR WARES
Take a good snap of the front and back of your RE WORD item and email it over to us at
Please add a title to the subject the brand name and age of garment
Please add comments within the email whether this barely worn, worn, or heavily worn and if there is any damage to the garment please let us know.
WE WILL COME BACK WITH A RESELL VALUE
We will come back letting you know if we are keen to buy this back, how much we believe we can resell this for and will offer you either 40% of the resell value in cash or 50% of the resell value in store credit that you can use at W or WORD (this will be issued in a code that can be used in store or online.)
DROP YOUR GOODIES
Once we have both agreed on the purchase you can then drop your items in to us at WORD, 36 Orford Rd, Walthamstow, E17 9NJ during opening hours Monday- Thursday or send them over in the post.
GET PAID
On receipt and in-person check of the garments ,we will pay you in either credit of money for your items.
We will then be hosting a one of kind ReWORD event at the Real Al Brewery at the end of June 2023- but we need your help and wares to do this!!! Get sending us your preloved items
